Carausius, Romano-British Emperor, 286-293. Antoninianus (Bronze, 22 mm, 3.48 g, 6 h), uncertain mint, circa 286-287. IMP C CARAVSIVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Carausius to right. Rev. PAX AVG Pax standing front, head to left, holding olive branch in her right hand and long scepter in her left. Cohen 194. RIC 878. Webb 999. Slightly rough and with light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
